You can find Adiga'S over on Kempa Gowda Road, right near Paud Road 9. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of where we are located. We’ve been serving food here for a long time. It isn't a five-star dining experience with fancy tablecloths. Most people just come in, find a seat if there is one, and eat quickly. The kitchen is always loud with the sound of plates clanking and people shouting orders. We try to keep things moving because there's usually a line. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy during the lunch rush, but we clean it up as fast as we can. We don't spend much on advertising or making things look pretty. The focus is just on the food and getting it to the table. Our staff has been here forever, and they know the regulars by name. It’s a practical kind of place. You won't find any avocado toast or strange fusion dishes here. It’s just the usual stuff that people around here like to eat every day. The building itself is old, and you might have to squeeze past someone to get to your chair. It gets hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front window. But it’s home for us. We open early and close late, day after day. It’s just how we do things at Paud Road 9, and we don't plan on changing much about how the place looks or runs.
