We are situated at number 5 on the 6th Cross in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. Our spot is in the D Wing, just off the L B S Road. This is a residential area with a lot of trees and people walking their dogs in the morning. The building itself is a bit older, which gives it a lived-in feel. We handle things related to housing and stays here. It feels more like a home than a stiff office, which is how we like it. The 6th Cross is usually a bit quieter than the main roads, but you still hear the occasional auto-rickshaw zooming past. We have a small porch where we sometimes sit to take a break. Inside, the rooms are filled with basic furniture and some files. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we just manage this property and the folks who come through. Sometimes the plumbing gives us trouble or a light needs fixing, and we just handle it as it comes. It's a very local way of doing things. People know us by name around here. We don't have a big sign out front, just the house number. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking through the layout. It's a steady, simple business in a nice part of BTM. We just try to make sure everyone who stays with us has what they need without any fuss.
