We deal with all the common mobile problems people have. Broken screens, battery issues, and software glitches are the main things we see every day. We also sell a lot of small items like earphones, back covers, and power banks. The shop is small, and we have a lot of stuff packed into the glass cabinets. It’s not always perfectly neat, especially when we’re in the middle of a tricky repair and there are tiny screws all over the workbench. We try to get things done as fast as we can because people hate being without their phones. Sometimes we can't find a part for an obscure model, and that’s just how it is. We get a mix of students from nearby colleges and people living in the extension. It’s a friendly enough place. We don't have a corporate script; we just talk to people like normal. If a screen protector has a bubble, we fix it. We spend our breaks standing by the door watching the bikes zoom past on the Ring Road. It’s a simple life, keeping the shop open from morning until late evening, six days a week. We just do our best with what comes in.
