Adecco

Our Adecco office is located in Koramangala at number 17. It is a lively spot to be in, though finding a place to park can be a nightmare most mornings. We focus on finding jobs for people and helping companies get the staff they need. It is a lot of phone calls and sitting through interviews all day. The office is pretty basic. We have some chairs for people to wait in and a few desks where we do our work. There isn't any fancy art on the walls or a sleek reception desk. It’s just a functional space. We have piles of papers and folders everywhere because we are always busy with new applications. We don't use a lot of complicated business talk here. We just try to listen to what people are looking for and see if we can help them out. Koramangala has some great food spots, so we usually go out for a quick bite during lunch. Our team is small and we’ve been working together for a while, so we know how to keep things moving. We don't make any grand promises. We just do our best to find a good match for everyone. Some days it is really rewarding when someone gets a job they really wanted. Other days it’s just a lot of typing and filing. It’s an unpretentious place where we just try to be useful to the neighborhood and we like it here.
