Adecco People-One Consulting is located at 25 D'Costa Layout on Davis Road. This is right in Fraser Town, which is a pretty well-known part of Bangalore. Our area code is Blore-25. The office itself is in a building that has been around for a bit. It’s a decent place to work, even if the stairs are a little narrow and squeaky. We do a lot of consulting work here, mostly focusing on finding people for different roles. It’s a lot of interviews and reading through piles of resumes. Fraser Town is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. You can hear the traffic and the local vendors throughout the day. We’ve got a small team here. We don't use any fancy corporate talk or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just people in an office trying to help other people find work. Some days it’s really quiet and we can get through all our emails, and other days it’s a total madhouse with people walking in and out. We’ve got a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a coffee machine that’s seen better days. That’s about it. We’ve been at this D'Costa Layout spot for a while now and we’ve gotten to know the regular delivery guys and the shop owners nearby. It’s a very grounded, local kind of workplace where we just focus on the task at hand and get things done.
