Adecco People One Consulting is based at 12, 32nd Cross in Ashtalakshmi Layout. We’re over in J P Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore. This part of the city has grown a lot lately. Our office is focused on the people side of business. We spend most of our time talking to folks who are looking for work or companies that need a hand with their staffing. It’s a lot of interviewing and reading through resumes. We don't use those fancy automated systems for everything. We actually like to talk to people and see what they’re about. The office can get quite busy, especially in the mornings when people are dropping by without an appointment. We have a few rooms for meetings, but mostly it’s just an open space where we all work together. It’s not a corporate skyscraper. It feels more like a local hub. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp during the long days. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we push through it together. We aren't here to promise everyone a dream job. We just try to find a good fit where we can. It’s practical work that helps the local economy in its own small way. We’ve been in this layout for a while and we know the neighborhood pretty well. It’s just a group of us trying to make the hiring process a bit more human and less complicated.
