Our office is over in Koramangala 4th Block, specifically on the first floor of a building in Chandra Reddy Layout. If you know the S.T Bed area, you know how the traffic can be. We are at number 4, 1st B Main. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always noise from the street. We’ve got a few rooms here where we manage things for Adecco India Ltd Global Fortune. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful if you’re carrying boxes. We spend a lot of time on the phones and computers. It’s not a shiny corporate glass building. It’s more of a practical space. There are files stacked up in the corners and the printer jams sometimes. We take turns getting lunch from the local eateries around Koramangala. There are plenty of options, which is the best part of being here. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the delivery bikes zooming past all day. We’ve been in this spot for a decent amount of time. People usually come in for meetings or to drop off documents. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans going. We don't use much fancy talk here. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a straightforward setup. We keep the doors open when it's not too dusty outside.
