Adecco Consulting

Our office, Adecco Consulting, is located at 284 'Bharadvaja' on 21st Main in BTM Layout I Phase, Bangalore. BTM is a really packed area, full of students and working people, so there is always life on the streets. Our building, Bharadvaja, is on the 2nd Cross, and it’s a pretty standard spot for a consultancy. We spend our time meeting people and looking over resumes. It’s a lot of talking and listening to what people are looking for in their next job. The office isn't very large, but we make the most of the space. We have a few small rooms for interviews and a main area where we do all the admin work. Bangalore’s weather is usually nice, so we often leave the windows open if it’s not too noisy outside. There’s a lot of coming and going here. Some days are just a constant stream of visitors, while other days are spent catching up on emails. We don't have a big corporate feel. It’s more like a group of people trying to help other people find where they fit. We usually wrap things up as the sun starts to set, trying to beat the worst of the BTM traffic. It’s a decent place to work, and we’ve gotten to know the local tea sellers and shopkeepers well over the years. We have been here for a while and have seen many people come through these doors to start their careers.
