We are based in BTM 1st Stage in Bangalore, right on the 8th Main. It is a very active neighborhood. There are students and young professionals everywhere because of all the coaching centers and small companies. We focus on US recruitment, so our hours are a bit different from most businesses around here. Often, we are working late into the night to match the time zones over there. The 13th building is where you will find us. It is a standard Bangalore layout. The street is lined with trees but also lots of parked bikes. There is a lot of energy in BTM. We spend our shifts talking to candidates and clients across the ocean. It can be tiring, but we have a good routine. We usually grab dinner from one of the many eateries on the main road before the night shift really starts. The office is simple. We have our headsets and computers. It gets quiet in the building during the day when we are mostly gone. But at night, the lights are on and we are busy. We have been in this spot for some time. It is a convenient location because the bus connectivity is good. We do not have any big signs, just a small one. It is just us working through the night. The security guard downstairs usually nods to us when we arrive at odd hours. We have a small kettle for making tea during the long shifts. It is a quiet life in a loud part of town. Sometimes we hear the stray dogs barking outside.
