Our office is at 2629, 3rd Cross, 18th Main in HAL 2nd Stage, Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know HAL 2nd Stage is a pretty active place. There are always people moving around and new shops opening up. We are in the middle of all that, tucked into one of the lanes. We focus on talent services, which basically means we spend all day trying to match people with the right jobs. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. The office is a bit crowded with files and computers, and it can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't have a corporate cafeteria or anything, we just go out to the local eateries on 18th Main when we get hungry. The energy here at Acqvire Talent Services is pretty high because the job market is always moving. We don't pretend to be some huge international agency; we are just a local team working out of a standard Bangalore building. Sometimes we have candidates coming in for interviews, so we try to keep the place tidy, but it usually looks like a working office with papers everywhere. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen the neighborhood change quite a lot. Despite all the changes, we just keep doing our daily recruitment tasks from our little spot on 3rd Cross, helping one person at a time find their next role.
