We’ve been at 142 Banaswadi Main Road for quite some time now. Mostly, we deal with intercoms and those little buzzer systems people have in their buildings. It isn’t anything fancy, just a small shop where we keep our tools and spare parts. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the wires lying around on the desks, but we know where everything is. People call us up when their door phone stops working or when they can't hear the person on the other side of the gate. We spend a lot of our days out at different apartments or small offices around here. It’s a lot of climbing ladders and checking connections in dusty corners. Banaswadi is a busy area, so getting through traffic to reach a site takes up half the morning. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most folks just find us because they live nearby or someone told them we fixed their system last month. We have a couple of technicians who have been with us for years. They know these machines inside out. If a part is broken, we try to fix it first before telling anyone they need a whole new unit. It’s just easier that way for everyone. The shop is usually open early, and there’s always someone sitting here to answer the phone or handle walk-ins. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure the buzzers work so people can let their guests in.
