We are based out of Vijaya Nagar on Hennur Road, specifically at number 22. The traffic on Hennur Road can be a real headache some days, especially when there is construction going on, which seems to be all the time. Our office is a busy place because we are always juggling different event schedules and corporate service requests. You’ll often find stacks of banners in the corner or boxes of flyers waiting to be moved out to a site. It’s not the most orderly looking space, but we know where everything is. The name on the door is Acespade Corporate Services Events Pvt Ltd, which is a bit of a mouthful, but most people just know us by the faces they see every day. We spend a lot of time on our feet, getting things ready for whatever project is next on the list. There are days when the phone doesn't stop ringing and everyone is talking at once, and then there are quiet afternoons when we can finally catch up on the filing. We aren't trying to be some huge international firm; we just like doing a good job for the people who hire us here in the city. The light in the office is actually quite nice in the evenings when the sun starts to go down over the road. We usually stay late to make sure everything is sorted for the next morning.
