Acengage

Acengage is located on the second floor of a building in Jay Mahal Extension, specifically at 45/13 Samarth Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs every morning, especially after a long day, but it gives us a view of the street. The office itself is nothing special to look at. We’ve got some files stacked up and a few old plants that we sometimes forget to water during the busy weeks. It’s mostly just a workspace where we get things done. Being in Samarth Nagar is nice because it’s a quiet residential area for the most part. You don't hear too much traffic noise up here. We spend most of our hours looking at screens and talking amongst ourselves about the different projects we have going on. There isn't a lot of ceremony here. We show up, do the work, and then we go home. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, but we try to keep a normal schedule whenever possible. The tea shop downstairs is where we get our breaks and catch up on the news. It’s a small operation at Acengage, so everyone knows exactly what everyone else is doing. We don't have big meetings in glass rooms. We just talk across the desks or while we’re getting water. It’s practical and it works for us. We've been at this address for a while and have gotten used to the quirks of the building. It’s just our space.
