Accord Consultants

Accord Consultants is based at C 2 Silicon Gardenia, on 12th Main in JP Nagar 5th Phase, Bangalore. This part of Bangalore is always busy, but Silicon Gardenia is tucked away just enough to give us some peace. We have been working from this 5th Phase location for a few years now. The office is a bit small, especially with all the computers and files we have moved in. It is a functional space where we handle our consulting business. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular kettle for our tea breaks. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Bangalore traffic on the 12th Main, so we mostly just stay put once we get here in the morning. Our daily routine is pretty standard. We show up, open the windows if it’s not too dusty, and get to work. There are a few plants in the corner that we try to keep alive, but we aren't very good at it. It is an honest place to work. We don't bother with corporate jargon or long meetings. If something needs to be discussed, we just talk across the desks. Being in JP Nagar is convenient because there are plenty of places to eat nearby when we don't bring lunch. It’s just a regular office where we do our best to stay on top of the paperwork. We like the neighborhood feel of the 5th Phase and the local people we see every day.
