We are located at House No. 11, which is on the 16th Main in BTM 2nd Stage. If you know Bangalore, you know BTM is always buzzing with people and traffic. We are tucked away on 10th A-Cross. It’s a consultancy, but don’t let the name make it sound more complicated than it is. Mostly, we just help with HR stuff. That means a lot of resumes, a lot of phone calls, and trying to figure out where people fit. The house is a regular building, nothing flashy. We’ve set up our desks and computers and we just get to it every morning. It’s often a bit cramped with all the files, but we manage. People come by from all over the city because BTM is so central. We don't have any polished speeches or big marketing plans. We just talk to people like normal humans. If someone needs a job or if a company needs a hand with their staff, we see what we can do. It’s a lot of mundane work, checking references and updating lists, but it’s what we do. The 10th A-Cross is a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice when things get hectic. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and we’re just part of the local scene here. We usually close up around six and join the madness of the Bangalore commute home like everyone else.
