Accenture

Our office is based in Srinagar, at House Number 1236 in the Raghavendra Block. It is a very local part of Bangalore, quite far from all those big tech parks. We work out of a regular house here, which gives the place a bit of a personal feel. We aren't trying to impress anybody with a big lobby or a fancy entrance. We just have our desks, our chairs, and the work we do every day. The team is quite small and most of us have lived in this city for a long time. We know all the shortcuts and where the best tea stalls are in the area. Being in Raghavendra Block means it is mostly a residential spot, so it stays pretty quiet during the day. We like the peace and quiet. It helps us focus on what we need to get finished. We don't use any fancy business jargon. We just talk like normal people and get our jobs done. The house has been our main base for a good while now. We have grown a little bit over the years, but we are still the same group of people at heart. We handle our daily tasks, share a few laughs, and then head home. It is a simple setup but it works perfectly for what we need. We don't need much more than good internet and a place to sit down. That's the way we work at Accenture.
