We are based at 3rd Main in the 2nd Byrappa Block of Thyagaraja Nagar. This is over in Bangalore, Karnataka, postcode 560028. It’s a bit of a maze in this part of town if you aren't used to the blocks and mains. Bangalore has grown so much, but Thyagaraja Nagar still feels like a real neighborhood. We have our office space here where we handle the various services we provide. It’s mostly computer work and taking calls, so the office is full of desks and wires. People come in for their shifts and we just keep the wheels turning. It’s not a fancy glass building like you see in some other parts of the city. We are right in the middle of a residential area, which is actually quite nice for lunch breaks. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The 2nd Byrappa Block is easy enough to find if you follow the main road. We don't really do any promotion or anything like that, we just have our set tasks and we get them done. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it’s a local crowd. We focus on the daily operations and making sure the data and the services are handled correctly. It’s steady work and it keeps a lot of us busy throughout the week. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have backups to keep everything moving along.
