We operate out of Dharmaram College 21. It is a busy spot, and there is always something moving around here. Absolute Foods is basically just us trying to get ingredients and food items where they need to go. We deal with a lot of crates and delivery schedules. Sometimes the trucks are late because of the traffic, and that throws the whole morning off, but we manage to get through it. It isn't the most glamorous job, standing in a warehouse area and checking off lists. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we know how the routine works. We do not spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on making sure the stock is sorted and nothing sits on the shelf for too long. The floor is concrete and can get pretty cold in the rainy season. We have a small desk tucked in the corner where we handle the paperwork. It gets noisy when the loaders are working, but you get used to it. People often ask what exactly we do, and I just tell them we move food from point A to point B. It is practical work. There is no big secret to it, just showing up early and staying until the last order is packed up. It keeps us on our feet all day, that is for sure. We just do our bit.
