Abhishek Dsa Icici Direct

We are based at 81/B in Jayangar III Block. This is where we handle things for ICICI Direct. It is basically just a small office where we spend our time dealing with finance papers and helping people with their accounts. Jayangar is a busy area, so there are always people walking past the door. Inside, we have a few computers and some stacks of forms that need to be filled out. It is not a very large place, just enough room for us to get the daily tasks finished. We spend a lot of time on the computer or answering the phone when it rings. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the middle of the day, and that is when we catch up on all the filing. We have a few chairs for people to sit in if they need to talk to us about their documents. The walls are mostly bare, maybe just a calendar or two. We have been at this location for a while, so we are used to the rhythm of the block. It is just a straightforward spot where we do our work. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just come in every morning, turn on the lights, and start going through the files. It's a simple operation and we like it that way. We usually have a bit of a lunch break together and then it’s back to the paperwork. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
