Abhaya Paying Guest

Abhaya Paying Guest is tucked away at 93 Banashankari Avenue Rd Cross. We are situated right behind PES College, which means we see a lot of students walking around all the time. It is a good spot for anyone who needs to be near the campus. The building is a basic setup with rooms for guests who are staying for a while. We spend a lot of our time making sure things are working, like the lights in the hallways or the plumbing. It’s not a polished corporate place, just a house that we’ve turned into a PG. You can hear the college sounds in the distance during the day, but it’s generally a decent place to be. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just put the name out there and people find us because of the location. Being on the Avenue Road cross makes it easy to get to other parts of Banashankari too. We are just regular people running a small business. Sometimes we are busy with repairs or talking to the residents about their stay. It’s a lot of work keeping up with everyone, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. We just focus on keeping the place open and making sure the rooms are ready for whoever needs one. It’s a simple life running a PG behind the college.
