You can find us at No 119/1 in the Malleshwaram area. We are located inside the Srinidhi Complex, which is a building many people know because the Krishna Temple is right nearby. Aavishkar Furnishings has been in this spot for a while now. We have a lot of different fabric rolls and samples tucked into every corner of the shop. It is not a huge showroom, but we try to make the best use of the space we have. We deal with things like curtains, sofa covers, and other upholstery materials. Often, the whole shop smells like fresh cloth or a little bit of dust from the older rolls on the high shelves. People from the local neighborhood often stop in to look at fabrics after they visit the temple. There is a nice community feel here in Malleshwaram that we really like. We spend our days measuring out meters of cloth and talking to customers about what might look good in their homes. We do not use any fancy sales talk or pressure anyone. We just show what we have in stock and let the materials speak for themselves. The Srinidhi Complex can get very busy during the festival times because of all the people going to the temple. We have gotten used to the noise and the general hustle of the area. Our work tables are usually covered in bits of thread and fabric scraps. It is a local business run by people who live nearby.
