A-1 Shoba Military Hotel

A-1 Shoba Military Hotel is located right at No.1 on Kaval Byrasandra Station Road. We are pretty close to Kishan Wines, so it’s easy enough to find us if you’re in the 560032 area. We’ve been operating this place for a while, and it’s become a bit of a routine for us. It’s not a hotel in the sense of having rooms; it’s a place to eat, like the old military-style hotels around here. We specialize in the kind of food that fills you up. The kitchen starts early, and we don't really stop until we’re done for the day. It’s a humble setup. We have wooden tables and a lot of steam coming from the back. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just cooking. The neighborhood is mostly working-class people, and that’s who we serve. We see a lot of the same faces every morning and afternoon. It’s a lot of hard work, especially the cleaning part, but we’re used to it. We don't have a PR person or a glossy brochure. If you want to know about us, you just come in and eat. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the stove works fine, and that’s what matters. We are just a local business on Station Road, run by folks who live nearby and know how to handle a kitchen and feed people properly.
