Our shop is right on the 100 Feet Ring Road in BTM Layout 1st Stage. It’s a prime spot, but the noise from the traffic never really stops. We handle communications stuff, mostly SIM cards, recharges, and some basic phone accessories. It’s the kind of place where people pop in while they are waiting for a bus or stuck in traffic. The shop is filled with posters and display racks that have seen better days. We don't have a big corporate team, just two or three of us taking turns behind the counter. The internet can be slow sometimes, which makes the digital recharges a bit of a headache. We have a small TV in the corner that’s usually on a news channel or a cricket match. It gets dusty because of all the vehicles outside, so we have to wipe the glass cases every few hours. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just helping folks stay connected. Sometimes the street gets flooded during the heavy rains, and we have to move everything away from the door. It’s a basic, honest business. We know a lot of the students and office workers in the area. We just open up in the morning, deal with whoever walks in, and head home once the streetlights come on. It’s a steady routine in a very busy part of the city. We try to keep things simple here.
