A V K Transport

Our main base is over at the Lava Kusha Building on the Electronic City Naroda Nikol Road in Ahmedabad. It is a bit of a long address, but it is where we spend most of our lives. Transport is a tough business to be in. You are always worrying about where the trucks are or if the cargo is going to arrive on time without any damage. We have got a lot of different routes we cover, and the phone never really stops buzzing with updates from our drivers. The office here is pretty basic. We have got maps on the wall and a few computers to track things, but a lot of the work is still done by talking and writing things down in books. The Naroda area is quite industrial, so it is the right place for a transport company to be. We deal with all kinds of loads, some big and some small. Every day brings a new set of problems, like a breakdown or a road closure, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We do not have a polished way of doing things. It is more about grit and making sure the wheels keep turning. We have been here for a good stretch of time and the local guys know us well. We just try to get the goods from one point to another without too much fuss.
