A S Old Furniture

A S Old Furniture is located right at 504, Bommanahalli 6th Cross. It is quite a walk from the main road, but we have been here at the 13th Main intersection for quite some time now. The shop is usually full of chairs, tables, and cabinets that people do not want anymore. It gets very crowded in here, so you have to watch your step when you walk through the narrow aisles. We spend a lot of time cleaning off the old wood and checking if the legs on the chairs are still sturdy. My hands are usually covered in some kind of dust or polish by midday. Bommanahalli is a busy area, but our little corner on 6th Cross stays mostly calm except for the big delivery trucks passing by. We do not have a fancy showroom. It is just a practical space where we keep the old furniture until someone else needs it. Sometimes we find really interesting pieces that have been around for decades. Moving these heavy wardrobes around is a two-person job, and my back usually feels it by the evening. We keep the doors open even when it rains, though we have to pull the stuff inside quickly if the wind picks up. Living and working around the 13th Main means we know most of the neighbors. If you need to find us, just look for the pile of wooden frames near the entrance. It's not a polished business, just us working daily.
