Our office is actually located in Basavana Gudi, which is one of the older, nicer parts of Bangalore. Even though our name mentions Hyderabad, we’ve been operating from this side for quite some time now. We handle a lot of HR work, mostly just helping companies find the right staff without making a big fuss about it. The building is simple and easy to find once you are in the area. We don't have a lot of corporate rules about how we talk or dress. It is a pretty relaxed place. Most of our day is spent on the phone or emailing back and forth. It gets busy during the hiring seasons, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure people get their jobs and companies get their work done. Basavana Gudi has a lot of character, and we like being part of the local scene here. Sometimes people get confused about our name and the location, but once they visit, it all makes sense. We’ve got a small team that knows the ropes. We don't use big buzzwords or complicated systems. It’s just straightforward work. We take our breaks at the local spots nearby. It’s a decent way to spend the work week. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s just a regular business doing what it does best without any extra polish.
