A R Furniture House

A R Furniture House is situated at 9, Vysya Bank Colony right on the 100 Feet Ring Road. Being near the B T M Circle means there is always noise from the vehicles passing by at all hours. We are technically in the Raj Mahal Villas Extension area which is a bit of a mouthful to say. The shop floor is usually covered in a bit of sawdust because that’s just the nature of what we do here. We have different pieces of wood and frames leaning against the walls most of the time. It’s not the most organized looking place if you are used to big showrooms but we know exactly where every tool is kept. My hands are usually a bit rough from handling the materials but that’s just part of the job. We spend a lot of time measuring and checking things twice. The front door stays open most of the day to let the air circulate otherwise it gets a bit stuffy with all the polish smells. Sometimes neighbors from the colony drop by just to chat for a minute while we are working. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons since we face the road directly. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just a couple of big pedestal fans that move the air around. It is a lot of hard work and physical labor every day but it keeps us busy. We mostly just keep our heads down and get the orders ready.
