A R Chicken Stall

A R Chicken Stall is situated at Balaji Nagar 370, which is just off the Tavarekere Main Road in Jayanagar. We start our day really early, way before most people are even awake. By the time the sun is up, we’ve already got everything set up and ready. It’s a basic stall with white tiles and a lot of water on the floor to keep things clean. Being near Tavarekere Main Road means we get a lot of people passing by on their way to work. We mostly know the families who live around Balaji Nagar. They come in for their weekly supply, and we usually know exactly what they want without them asking. The chopping blocks are well-worn, and there’s always the sound of knives hitting wood. It’s not a quiet place, and it definitely isn't fancy. We have a small bench outside where people wait if there’s a queue. Our address at 370 is easy to spot because of the big sign out front that's a bit faded now. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy websites. The work is hard on the hands and we are on our feet all day. But it's a good living and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. Most of the time, we are just busy cleaning up or preparing the next order for someone. It is a simple shop that serves the local people around here.
