We are located in Indira Nagar, out at the Oval Nest Garden City. Our address is 232, right near the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway. It’s a bit of a distance from the middle of the city, but being near the highway makes it a lot easier for us to transport our gear back and forth without getting stuck in the inner city gridlock. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we are just a group of people who know how to plan things out. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at maps of different venues. Most of our work is consultancy, which basically means we tell people how to set up their events so they don't run into any major trouble later on. We’ve seen plenty of things go wrong at parties, so we try to prevent that from happening. The office at Oval Nest is where we keep all our files and meet up to discuss the new projects. It’s not a very big space, but it serves us well enough for what we need. Living and working near the highway means we get used to the constant sound of trucks and cars passing by at all hours. We aren't really into the flashy side of the event industry. We just look at the logistics and the numbers to make sure things fit. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit for a job, but we always come back here to finish the paperwork. We don't have a big fancy reception. It’s just desks and computers.
