You can find A Meal Makers Outdoor over in J C Nagar. We are located on 3rd Street, 3rd Cross, on Pemmegowda Road, house number 38111. It is a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we have been here a long time. Our specialty is really the outdoor side of things. It’s a different kind of challenge when you’re cooking under a tent or out in the open air. We have to pack up everything—stoves, gas cylinders, big pots, and all the ingredients—and move it to wherever the event is. J C Nagar is where we do all our prep work. The streets here are narrow, so getting the trucks out can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We aren't the type to use big corporate slogans. We just show up, set up, and start the fire. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure nothing gets left behind in the shop. Pemmegowda Road is a familiar sight to us every morning. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change over the years. Some days the rain makes outdoor work nearly impossible, but we’ve learned how to deal with the mud and the wind. It’s just us, a few helpers, and a lot of passion for making sure people get a good meal. We don't overcomplicate things; we just get the job done. Often we are still cleaning up long after the sun has gone down, but that is just the way it goes.
