A Leading Recruitment Firm

We've been sitting here in Koramangala for a while now, just working through piles of resumes and talking to folks looking for work. We go by the name A Leading Recruitment Firm, and we just keep at it even when the traffic outside gets too loud. People walk in, we talk about what they're good at, and we figure out where they might fit. It isn't anything fancy. We have a few desks and a coffee machine that works most of the time. Hiring is a bit of a mess these days, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or just staring at screens trying to match names with openings. Sometimes it's quick, other times it takes forever. We know the neighborhood well and most of the shops around here. If you're looking for us, we're right in the middle of everything. It's a lot of back and forth between companies and people who need a paycheck. We don't have some big fancy lounge or anything, just some chairs and a lot of folders. The team is small, just a few of us who know how tough it is to get a decent start. We just tell people what's available and what isn't. It's just what we do every day, Monday through Friday, usually staying a bit late when the emails don't stop. That's pretty much it for us here in the office. Just normal people trying to help other people get to work. We enjoy the local food and the busy street life.
