We are known as A Leading Recruitment Company, though that sounds a bit more formal than we actually are in person. Mostly, we spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who want a new start in their career. It is a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks. The apartment setup makes it feel a bit more like a home than a stiff office building. We like it that way because it keeps things relaxed for everyone. People come in nervous about interviews, and we try to just talk to them like normal human beings. Bangalore is full of people looking for a way up, and we just happen to be in a position to help some of them find that path. We do not use a lot of buzzwords or complicated talk. We just see who is looking for work and who is hiring and try to put them together. It is a simple process that takes a lot of time and patience.
