A K Steels

A K Steels is based in Mothinagar, at 44/3 Samarth Nagar. We are right by the City Market Mosque, so the area is always full of life and noise. If you’ve ever been down this way, you know it’s one of the busiest parts of the city. We aren't a big company with a fancy office block. We are basically a steel yard where we keep our stock and a small room where we handle the books. We deal with heavy steel products like rods and sheets, so everything is a bit dusty and metallic. There’s no air conditioning or soft carpets here. It’s just a place where we work hard and move heavy things around. Most days you’ll find us wearing work clothes and dealing with the delivery trucks that try to navigate the narrow streets nearby. We’ve been in Samarth Nagar for a long time and know most of the neighbors. We don't use any slick marketing language because we don't need to. People know we have the steel they need for their construction or repair jobs. Sometimes we get a bit backed up when a big order comes in, but we just keep at it until the work is done. It’s a loud, busy environment but we are used to the rhythm of the market. We just focus on getting the steel out the door and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day.
