A B T Parcel Service is located at 117 Peenya Industrial Area 1st Main Road, inside the G T L Building. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the HP petrol bunk. This part of Peenya is always packed with trucks and lorries, so it can get pretty crowded around the entrance. We have a lot of floor space to move boxes and crates around every day. It is mostly physical work, loading and unloading the vehicles as they come in from different routes. The staff here has been doing this for a long time, so they know where everything goes without needing much help. It gets a bit chaotic when several trucks arrive at the same time, but we just manage it one step at a time. The office part of the building is small and mostly used for paperwork and keeping track of the manifests. We aren't some high-tech logistics firm with robots; it’s just people moving items by hand or with trolleys. The dust from the road comes in sometimes, and it can get loud with all the engines running outside. We stay open pretty late to make sure the night shifts can get their loads ready. It is a basic operation but it keeps things moving through the industrial area. We just stick to our routine and get the parcels where they need to go. That is how things work here.
