You can find us at 4 Sadar Patrappa Road, right on the 1st Cross. We are on the 1st floor. If you know SP Road, you know how crowded and loud it gets with everyone looking for electronics and spare parts. We fit right into that. Our shop is mostly filled with computer towers, monitors, and boxes of cables. People bring in their laptops when they stop working or if they need an upgrade. We spend a lot of time with screwdrivers in our hands, taking things apart and trying to find out what went wrong. It is a dusty job sometimes. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep. We don't have a fancy showroom; it’s more of a workshop where we get things fixed. Customers come in looking for a specific RAM stick or a hard drive, and we see if we have it in the back. It’s a very busy street and sometimes it is hard to hear yourself think over the noise of the traffic and the people outside. We have been here on the 1st Cross for a long time. Most of our day is just diagnosing hardware issues and giving people an honest idea of whether it’s worth fixing or not. We don't use a lot of jargon, we just tell you what's broken and what it will cost. It’s just a regular computer repair and sales spot in the heart of the tech market.
