3G World

3G World is located at number 2, N Bharucha Marg in the Marathahalli area. It is a small shop tucked between a tea stall and a clothing store. We deal with mobile phones mostly, doing repairs and selling some accessories like chargers and covers. The space is pretty cramped because we have so many boxes of screen protectors and cables piled up. It feels like there is never enough room for everything. Marathahalli is always busy, so we get a lot of people walking in because they dropped their phone on the pavement. We spend most of our time hunched over a workbench with small screwdrivers and magnifying glasses. It is tedious work, and our eyes get tired by the end of the day. The light from the street makes a glare on the glass counter, so we often have to move things around to show customers what we have. We are not a big chain store or anything like that. It is just me and my younger brother running the place. Sometimes we have a disagreement about where a certain tool went, but we get over it quickly. We just want to fix the phones and make sure people can get back to their calls. It is a living, and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night.
