You can find us at the Diamond Jubilee Complex on OTC Road. We are in Shop No. S2 on the second floor, located at number 1091. It’s right in the middle of a busy commercial area near Srng Sampannappa, which keeps things interesting. 28 South Ventures is basically a few of us working together on various business ventures. The complex is an older building, so it has a lot of character. We don't have a modern, sleek office with minimalist furniture. Ours is more of a practical space with lots of shelves and old-school files stacked up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who drop by the shop. OTC Road is always buzzing with activity, so there's never a dull moment. We like being in the heart of the action. Our work is a mix of different things, but it all comes down to managing our ventures and keeping things organized. We aren't here to give anyone a polished sales pitch. We just tell it like it is. If things are going well, we say so, and if there's a problem, we deal with it. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just do what needs to be done each day to keep the lights on and the business moving forward. It’s hard work, but we wouldn’t have it any other way in this part of Bangalore.
