You can find us at H/No-7 in Tilakwadi Nagar, which is a fairly quiet area except for when the students are moving between classes at R.P.D. College nearby. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the building has that old, lived-in feel that you only get from years of actual work. The walls have a few scuffs and the floor tiles are worn down in the spots where we walk the most. We don't have a big fancy showroom or a reception desk. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at the main table surrounded by ledgers and boxes that need to be sorted. The morning starts with opening the shutters and sweeping out the front step. We get a lot of light in the front window during the early hours, which is nice until it gets too hot in the afternoon. We mostly deal with people from the neighborhood and the occasional college staff member who wanders over. It’s a small operation, so if the phone rings while we’re in the back, it might take us a second to get to it. We keep things pretty straightforward here without any fuss. The shelves are mostly full of things we've collected over the months, and we try to keep a logical order even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay on top of the daily chores and keep the customers satisfied.
