About The Indian Public School – Education in Belagavi
We are over at 733, Angol Road in the Tilakwadi area. This is The Indian Public School. Being in Belgaum, we see a lot of the same families year after year. The building has been around for some time, and it shows a little bit, but it serves its purpose. We have kids running around from the morning until the afternoon. The noise level can get pretty high during recess time. Tilakwadi is a decent spot, quite central for most of our students. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. It’s just us teachers and the staff making sure the bells ring on time. Sometimes the fans in the classrooms make a clicking sound, but we get used to it. We have the usual subjects and some sports out in the yard. It gets dusty when the wind picks up. Parents often drop by to talk about their kids' grades or just to say hello. We try to keep the place tidy, though it's a bit of a struggle with so many young ones. It is a straightforward place. We teach, they learn, and then we all go home. There is a lot of history in this part of Belgaum, and we feel like we are just a small part of the daily routine here on Angol Road. The gate needs a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet with all the other work.
