Sri Prabha Fabrications & Engineering Works

Out here in the Kabela industrial area, things are always moving. Sri Prabha Fabrications & Engineering Works is at 410/3, right in the middle of all the noise and trucks. It’s a gritty place, but that’s the nature of fabrication work. We spend our days cutting, welding, and putting things together. The floor is usually covered in metal scraps by noon, and we sweep it up before heading home. It's hot work, especially in the summer months when the shed traps all the heat from the sun. We don't mind it much because we're used to the environment. I started this place because I liked working with my hands more than sitting at a desk. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. You call, and I’ll probably be the one picking up, if I can hear the phone over the welding machines. People come to us because they need something built to last. We use heavy materials and don't cut corners just to save a few minutes of time. It’s not a fancy setup. We have our benches, our tools, and a small area to sit down and talk about the drawings. Sometimes customers bring us sketches on scraps of paper, and we figure out how to make it work. It’s just how things get done in this part of town. We’re just local guys doing what we know best.
