Arati Engineering Concern

Arati Engineering Concern is located at Door No-M 47/48 within the Govt. Industrial Estate in Udyambag. It’s an older building but it serves us well for the kind of engineering work we do. The estate is pretty big and it can be a bit confusing to find the right door if you aren't familiar with the layout. We’ve got some heavy machinery inside that’s been with us for years. It’s noisy and greasy, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time at the workbenches or running the lathes. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don’t really have an office staff; we just handle everything ourselves. If the phone rings and we’re in the middle of a cut, we might not get to it right away. The floor is concrete and it’s seen a lot of wear over the years. We take on all sorts of small jobs and bigger repairs for local factories. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. There isn’t much room for sitting around. We usually have a pot of tea going somewhere in the corner for when we take a quick break. We don't try to act like a big firm. We're just a small engineering shop doing what we know how to do. Sometimes we stay late to finish a part, but that’s just part of the job in Udyambag. It's a rough and ready place but it works for us.
