Akshay Engineering

Akshay Engineering is located at Plot No. 2 on Khanapur Road. The specific address is Sy. No. 671/A/2/2, which sounds complicated but it's just where we are. The road outside is usually busy with people going back and forth. We have a bit of space around the building where we can park. Inside the workshop, things are usually moving. We have different sections for different tasks. It’s not a quiet place. There is always some grinding or hammering going on. We don't have any air conditioning, just some large windows that we keep open. Sometimes birds fly in and sit on the rafters for a bit. We’ve been here at this Khanapur Road spot for a while now. The people who work here have been doing this for years. We don't need a lot of instructions anymore. We just know what the plan is for the day. There is a small desk where we keep the ledger and some pens. Most of our work is done standing up. We have a lot of respect for the machines we use. They are old but they still work well if you treat them right. At the end of the day, we wash up and head home. It’s a routine that works for us. We just keep our heads down and get the engineering work done.
