You can find Protech Founders Pvt. Ltd. inside the Rajendra Building Compound at 739/1, Khanapur Road. We are right in the heart of Udyambag. Foundry work is never a clean business, so our compound is usually covered in sand and soot. The heat from the furnaces is quite intense, especially during the humid months. We have been working out of this location for a long time. The building itself is old and the paint is peeling in a few places, but it is sturdy. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. Most of our day is spent working with molds and pouring metal. It is a physical job that keeps everyone busy. The sound of the blowers is a constant hum that you eventually stop hearing. We get a lot of trucks coming in from Khanapur Road to pick up finished castings. The traffic out there can be a mess in the evenings. We have a small staff and most of us have been together for years. We usually take a break in the afternoon to have some tea and snacks from the local vendor who comes by. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing department. We just focus on the castings and make sure they are ready when we said they would be. It is just how we do things here.
