Krishana Tiles

You can find us, Krishana Tiles, at Plot G-90 in the Riico Industrial Area within the Bharatpur district. This area is full of different businesses, but we have been in this particular spot for quite some time. We focus on making tiles, which is a process that involves a lot of water and a lot of patience. Our floor is almost always wet and there’s the constant sound of the presses going. It’s a small operation compared to some of the massive factories you see elsewhere, but we like it that way. We have about ten people working here, most of whom live nearby in the town. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or high-pressure sales. Most of our orders come from local builders who have been buying from us since we first opened the doors. The machines are old but they still work well if you treat them right. We spend a lot of time cleaning the molds and making sure the mix is just the right consistency. Sometimes a batch doesn't come out right and we have to start over, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of work. We have a little corner where we keep some of the finished samples for people to see. It’s a simple life here in the industrial zone. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the orders are ready on time for the trucks to pick them up.
