Sudev Ghosh

Sudev Ghosh is based at 3, K. N. Mukherjee Road in the Talpukur area of Barrackpore. It is a fairly quiet spot compared to the center of the city, but it has its own local bustle. The office is located in a traditional part of town, and the building has that classic look you find around the district. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. The street outside is lined with trees and small shops, and you can see people going about their daily business as you look out the window. Inside, it’s a very simple setup. We don't have any corporate branding or high-end furniture. It is mostly just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of documents that need sorting. The pace here is a bit slower, which allows for more focus on the work. We handle various tasks throughout the day, often spending a lot of time on the phone or writing out reports. Sometimes the neighbors stop by for a chat, which is just how things are in Barrackpore. It feels more like a community than a sterile business district. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to be overly formal about it. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to be helpful and get our tasks finished on time. The humidity can be tough in the summer, but we make do with the fans. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile.
