Mds Developer

We operate out of Kalyan East, specifically in the Panihati Chinchpada Gaon area. Mds Developer isn't a big corporate firm with a glass office in the city. We spend most of our time out at the construction sites or sitting in our small office dealing with blueprints and piles of permits. There’s always a lot of dust and noise when a project is going on. We deal with contractors, laborers, and the local authorities every single day. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on materials like cement, sand, and steel. Kalyan is growing fast so there is always some new work to do around the corner. We don't have a marketing department or people in suits. Usually, people find us because they see our boards at a construction site or they know someone we built for before. Some days are just spent waiting for approvals which can be frustrating for everyone involved. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can but building homes takes a lot of time and patience. Our office is a bit messy with files and maps spread across the tables. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the buildings finished so people can move in and start their lives. It's a lot of mud on our boots and long hours under the sun. We’ve been in this part of Kalyan for a good bit now.
