I - Tech Softepedia

We operate out of 13-B Talpukur Lane. It’s a small office in a fairly narrow lane, which keeps things relatively quiet compared to the main road. I - Tech Softepedia is where we handle computer issues and software stuff for people who aren't really sure how to do it themselves. There are cables running across the floor and a few monitors that have seen better days. We don't have a team of people in suits. It’s just a couple of us who grew up messing around with computers and decided to make a job out of it. Most of our day is spent staring at screens or trying to figure out why a particular piece of software is acting up. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our customers because that just confuses things. We just tell them what’s broken and how we can fix it. Sometimes we’re working late into the night when a project is due, and other times we’re just waiting for a file to download. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. People from the neighborhood bring their laptops in when they get a virus or if things are just running slow. We’re just local guys doing our best with the tech we have. Talpukur Lane is a good spot for us.
