Shakti Solutions

Shakti Solutions is tucked away on Jay Gopal Das Road. We are quite close to Trikon Park here in the 24 Parganas North district. It’s a decent area, mostly quiet except for the usual neighborhood sounds. We spend our days working on various technical problems and finding ways to fix things for people. It’s not a high-rise office with glass walls. It’s just a functional space where we get things done. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet goes slow, but we just deal with it. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just local people who know a bit about how things work. People from the nearby streets often come in with questions. We try to help out when we can. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens or equipment. Sometimes we have to go out to see a client, which is a nice change of pace. We don’t use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. It’s better to just explain things simply. The team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a while. We keep the place tidy but it’s definitely a working office. We just take it one day at a time here. There is always some new gadget to look at or a system that needs sorting out. We don't mind the extra effort when a problem gets difficult to solve. It keeps our brains working.
