We are over at Basak House, number 2. It’s in Motilal Colony on VIP Road, really close to the Airport Gurudwara in Italgacha. It’s an interesting spot because of all the airport traffic nearby. We focus on IT work, mostly fixing computers and helping people with their tech problems. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some old desks and chairs and a whole lot of computer cables tangling everywhere. It’s not a corporate environment. We’re just a small group of people who understand how these machines work. We’ve been based in Italgacha for a while now. Some days are loud because of the planes, but we don't mind. We don't do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or saw our sign from the road. We try to be honest about how long a fix will take. If we need to order a part from across town, we’ll just say that. There isn't any fancy talk here. We just like solving the puzzles that come with broken electronics. The space is a bit cramped when we have a lot of towers in for repair, but we make it work. It’s a practical place for people who just want their stuff fixed without any drama. We know the neighborhood well. We just stick to our routine and get the jobs done as they arrive each day.
