Joy Gopal Roy Chowdhury Road is where you will find E Solution Services. We are located near Sodepur, which is a pretty crowded area most days. The office is one of those places where there is always something going on, even if it’s just the sound of a computer fan humming in the corner. We handle a lot of different service requests here. It’s not a huge operation with a bunch of managers and fancy suits. It is just a handful of us trying to keep everything running smoothly for the people who walk through the door. Sometimes the internet acts up or a printer jams, and we just deal with it as it happens. The road outside can be a bit of a mess with traffic, especially near the Sodepur side. If you come by, you might see us taking a break outside or just staring at a screen trying to fix a problem. We don't have a big sign or anything too flashy. It’s just a regular workspace where we do our thing. We have been in this part of Kolkata for a while now and know the neighbors pretty well. Most of our day is spent answering emails or talking on the phone. It gets a bit repetitive, but it’s honest work. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else.
